SHOPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Tubester uses several different shipping methods to best serve our Members. More than one shipping method is available for certain items. In that way we can keep our shipping costs flat regardless if you live in the UK or the North Pole. Just a reminder, the poster will be shipped in a specially designed gift tube (regardless of the amount of posters ordered, you get one tube per order).

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! When you place an order at our store and enter your address, you’ll see that all international shipping fees are flat (4.99£ WORLDWIDE). However, some countries outside EU have import duties, VATs, or other taxes, on which we can’t influence.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We support several payment methods. You’ll see which payment methods are available to you on the checkout page, before you submit a payement request. After you select the product, all of your payment details will be shown. Tubester supports Stripe and Paypal payements.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes! As proof of security, Tubester has all the necessary SSL certificates so you can shop comfortably. That’s why offline or cash payments are a violation of our Terms of Service, and can result in removal from Tubester. We prohibit off-site payments because paying outside of Tubester makes it harder for us to protect your information and puts you at a greater risk of fraud and other security issues.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

You may place an order for our products on Tubester. Simply search for your poster(s), click Buy to add to your cart, and then proceed to check out. There you will have multiple payements options and a form that you have to fill out.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Need to make changes to your order? No worries, we’re happy to help! You have 45 minutes to change or cancel your order after you have placed it. Just send us an email at info@tubester.co.uk with the link of the product and a short description of the problem.

Do I need an account to place an order?

If you’d like to keep track of your orders and save your details, you might want to consider creating an account for convenience. Alternatively, you can select the guest checkout option which doesn’t require you to create an account.

How long will shipping take?

Your order will ship out within 24h of your order date—usually within just a few hours. Shipping time will depend on the individual courier and the shipping destination, but most products on Tubester will arrive in 3 to 7 days (EU & Europe) or 5 to 14 days (Rest of the World) once the order was shipped.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

Do you have any questions, requests or comments? We’ll be delighted to help you. Send them to info@tubester.co.uk. Your questions will then be forwarded to our customer service department which will be happy to provide you with an individual response.

How Can I Return a Product?

You can return the product in following simple steps within 15 days of delivery of the product. Just contact us at our customer service to initiate a return request. You will receive an email immediately with details of return initiated. Our logistic partner will pick up the packet within 3-5 days of your returns request. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
